I wish the title of this was "Why exercise alone without proper nutrition won't make you thin"

  1. While I agree, with most of the article...what matters is that after you have increased metabolism by exercising and your hunger has increased...you should be filling your body with good food...not extra bad food...and we ask ourselves why we aren't losing weight...go figure?
