6 days!

6 days! I'm extra excited about starting this triathlon season. I haven't trained this much for anything in a while so I feel really good. Also, congrats to my friend Jessica who just finished 2nd place in the Icebreaker Tri this last weekend. She doesn't know it but thanks to her for inspiring me to do more tri's this summer. I am going to be signing up for the Salem Spring June 4th and Yuba Lake in September. Hopefully I'll feel encouraged enough to do my first Olympic Triathlon sometime in August. Oh ya, I think Jimmy and I will be doing a half marathon sometime as well. Friends, it almost summertime.........get out and do something you've always wanted to do!

  1. I'm doing a Sprint Tri on 16 April in Orem. It's backwards: run, bike, swim. Don't know if I like that, we'll see. Training's going well, just have a sore knee that I nurse and favor during runs.
